What we collect. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, property and billing addresses, service details, photos of the work we do at your property, and invoices and payments. For staff, the information needed for scheduling, pay and safety.

How we use it. To quote, schedule and carry out services, send invoices, keep records of work done (including time-stamped photos), contact you about your service, and run our business.

Text messages. If you agree to receive texts, we use your mobile number to send service updates, invoices, and reminders before snowfalls. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Our texting provider (Twilio) handles messages only to deliver them for us.

Who we share it with. Only service providers who help us run the business (for example our texting and email providers, our hosting provider and our accountant), and only for that purpose; or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How we keep it safe. Your information is stored on secured systems with access limited to staff who need it. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your choices. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to texts or emails at any time, by contacting us below.
